Grace Russell

Accredited Practising Dietitian

About my practice

Over the years of Dietetic practice, I have come to know the benefits of being supervised, and have grown in appreciation of the work we do, to be sitting with and alongside our clients as they make profound change in their lives. We too, need to be held and supported in this professional space, to be thriving clinicians and more importantly, thriving people.
I enjoy facilitating rich reflective practice as well as offering practical, evidence based support for client work. My supervision style is both flowy and grounded, spacious and focused. I have a keen sense for Dietitians 'superpowers' and will do my best to help you feel confident to use them. I have worked predominantly with clients with Eating Disorders in a variety of settings (community public health, private practice and hospital inpatient) and enjoy supporting the vulnerability and courage of others also working in this space.
My practice initially started from a great passion in weight inclusive care and has evolved to incorporate all aspects of recovery and whole person health. I am particularly interested in helping clinicians offer themselves compassion and self care amidst the rigour of their own client work.
