I am a Registered Psychologist, Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. I currently work in private practice providing therapy to clients 12+years old, practicing from a client centred and trauma informed approach. Previous to my work as a psychologist, I have worked primarily in private practice as a dietitian for 13 years across the lifespan.
I am offering supervision for all experience levels. My aim is to offer a safe space for supervisees to learn and grow, fostering self-reflection, in order to feel confident they are providing an ethical, quality service to their clients.
I have a special interest in eating disorders, subclinical disordered eating and body image concerns. I am passionate about creating a safe place for individuals of all genders, neurotypes, shapes, sizes, abilities, and cultures working collaboratively to improve their relationship with food, their body and themselves.
Along with medical nutrition therapy knowledge and skills, I utilise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT-Enhanced for eating disorders, Maudsley Family Based Therapy (FBT) for anorexia nervosa, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma focused approaches.
