About my practice

Dietitians new to the profession and those new to the field of eating disorders are quickly learning about the benefits of regular supervision. It is a time set aside for you, to lead the discussion on where you are feeling challenged, stuck, inadequate, stressed or worried and leave with a sense of clarity, confidence and improved skillsets. It will also help promote better self-care, boundary setting, stress management and counselling skill development.
Jodie brings with her 15 years of experience in both the public health and private practice settings and offers a honest, practical and genuine support to her clients. Working together, we can continue to build on your quality of service, communication skills and boost client retention and career satisfaction. If you are struggling with your confidence, wishing you had the skills and language to manage difficult conversations and a space to debrief, supervision is what you have been looking for.
