I've been working as a dietitian since graduating in 2015 across private and public health in regional and metropolitan areas and am a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. I really love getting curious and having conversations to help people sit back and explore an issue or topic from a broader lens. An avid learner, this led to me to completing a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Counselling. Supervision has been instrumental to my growth as a clinician and a person, and has helped me navigate challenging situations with warmth and safety to find ways to challenge my thoughts and practice to better manage the challenges of private practice management whilst running my own clinic, complex eating disorders and now in my role as senior clinician and clinical lead in a multidisciplinary clinic.
I have provided supervision and mentoring in formal and informal capacities across all of my roles including as a QuEDS FPS Facilitator, and am delighted to provide individual supervision for dietitians at all stages of their career, especially those who are in the early stages of practice or interested in the area of eating disorders and disordered eating. I receive supervision of my supervision, because there is never enough supervision! Whether its short term acute support or a longer ongoing supervisory relationship, I'm looking forward to meeting you and creating a supportive space for reflection, centred on curiosity, safety and compassion to help you meet your goals.
