About my practice

Supervision for dietitians is here to stay and I am so happy to be a part of it. I have had a strong belief in the ongoing practice of reflective supervision since early in my career and have both experienced different types of supervision and participated in training and projects re supervision practice in dietetics. This has been in a variety of settings including community health, private practice and specialist eating disorder services (adult and adolescent). I now provide both group and individual supervision across a variety of clinical situations and conditions and for the ANZAED eating disorder group supervision program.
My own expertise is longterm HAES practice, PCOS, fertility and women's health – helping peoples relationship with their body and eating issues across all ages and situations. I have trained many dietitians in counselling skills and particularly endorse motivational interviewing and a trauma informed framework ,as well as having experience working as a CBT-E therapist in a specialist service. My aim is to bring the wisdom and experience I have gained across my career to support others in their own ongoing journey of learning.
